Graham Hardy

Director & Technical Consultant

Director-level IT leader with over 25 years experience across all disciplines of IT services, estates and business transformation. A Chartered IT Professional and qualified Programme Manager with a proven track record of delivering quality services that add value.

With extensive experience in managing teams, developing and executing IT strategies, delivering business systems, and improving service management capabilities. Graham is also proficient in ITIL v4, MSP, PRINCE2, Risk Management, and other technical disciplines. An active member of the British Computer Society (BCS) and BCS mentor to aspiring IT leaders.

Throughout his career, he has spearheaded a range of IT consultancy services, including IT Service Management, Microsoft 365 and intranet implementations, CRM, events, and membership system implementation. He has a passion for technology and its ability to enhance user experience and business improvement.

Chloe Gilbert

Microsoft 365 Developer

With over 30 years’ experience in the Microsoft stack, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and the Power Platform. Chloe has worked on a range of projects, from building intranets and low-code/no-code apps to managing compliance, retention, and migrating organisations to Microsoft Teams Voice/telephony.

With a proven track record of collaborating with customers, clients, technical staff, and management. She is skilled in business analysis, project management, system design and deployment, databases and web servers.

She has held positions as a Microsoft 365 consultant, architect, and senior developer, building and consolidating SharePoint farms, creating Intranets on SharePoint Online, and implementing business solutions/workflows using a variety of tools including the Power Platform and Nintex solutions. 

Dr. David Reeve

Information & Data Strategy

A highly experienced information and data management professional with over 20 years experience. David has worked with senior stakeholders and teams across organisations to drive best practice information and data management, data exploitation, and governance, with the aim of creating sector-leading services and innovation.

He combines creativity with analytics to evaluate and develop strategic goals and compliant processes that maximise operational efficiency and minimise business risk. He is a well-established speaker and subject matter expert in information, data management and compliance. He is a Fellow and Secretary of the Information and Records Management Society, as well as a member of the Data Management Association (DAMA) and the Microsoft Global Customer Advisory Board for records management and compliance.

David is also the director of Data Potentials, an information data and privacy company. He holds several qualifications and certifications, including a PhD from the University of Exeter, and a Certificate in Information Security Principles from BCS (Chartered Institute for IT).
