What is it?

Who is it for?

All internal users or staff within an organisation, regardless of the nature of the issue.  The starting point for all troubleshooting and resolution of IT incidents and service requests.  

Service includes:

  • Dedicated ServiceDesk for staff, including phone line, self-service portal and email address.  
  • Triage service for incidents or service requests routed to 2nd/3rd line support or 3rd party suppliers,
