Who is it for?

All internal users or staff within an organisation.

Service includes:

  • Advice and guidance on the best use of the suite of products provided by Microsoft as part of the M365 suite. 
  • Basic training for staff working with the M365 suite of applications. 
  • Triage and management service for incidents or service requests routed to Microsoft as part of the M365 product support.
